Abstract

En la presente investigación Estrategias para humanizar el cuidado enfermero en la unidad de cuidados intensivos de una clínica privada, Chiclayo -2020; fue cualitativa con abordaje metodológico estudio de caso, cuyo objetivo fue analizar y describir las estrategias para humanizar el cuidado enfermero en la unidad de cuidados intensivos, la muestra estuvo conformada por 14 enfermeras y se determinó por saturación y redundancia , utilizando la entrevista semiestructurada con procesamiento de datos en un Microsoft Word 2017, emergiendo la categoría principal i) Develando las estrategias para humanizar el cuidado enfermero en la uci y sus 06 subcategorías. Como consideraciones finales tenemos que las enfermeras de las UCI reconocen el significado de humanizar holísticamente, brindando un cuidado total e integral de la persona en todos sus aspectos y/o dimensiones, conllevándolo al verdadero bienestar, ayudando a evolucionar y construir la humanización del cuidado enfermero. Por otra parte, el dador del cuidado debe desarrollar en la práctica diaria habilidades comunicativas con el paciente y su familia, ayudándolo a no romper los lazos familiares, asimismo se sigue logrando tal fin a través de apertura de la uci con flexibilidad humana. En todo momento se consideraron criterios de rigor científico como la credibilidad, confortabilidad o audibilidad y aplicabilidad por último ético considerando el valor fundamental de la vida, totalidad, libertad, responsabilidad y sociabilidad

In the present research Strategies to humanize nursing care in the intensive care unit of a private clinic, Chiclayo -2020; It was qualitative with a case study methodological approach, whose objective was to analyze and describe the strategies to humanize nursing care in the intensive care unit, the sample was made up of 14 nurses and was determined by saturation and redundancy, using the semi-structured interview with processing of data in a Microsoft Word 2017, emerging the main category i) Revealing the strategies to humanize nursing care in the ICU and its 06 subcategories. As final considerations, we have that ICU nurses recognize the meaning of holistically humanizing, providing total and comprehensive care of the person in all its aspects and/or dimensions, leading to true well-being, helping to evolve and build the humanization of nursing care.On the other hand, the care giver must develop communication skills with the patient and his family in daily practice, helping him not to break family ties; this goal also continues to be achieved through opening the ICU with human flexibility. At all times, criteria of scientific rigor such as credibility, comfort or audibility, and lastly ethical applicability were considered, considering the fundamental value of life, totality, freedom, responsibility, and sociability.
